Marvin Jarmon, Development Director, has been a corporate leasing and development professional for more than 25 years.  As Director, he is actively involved in entitlements and supervisor of construction.  Mr. Jarmon is instrumental in establishing and maintaining relationships with national and regional retailers and restaurateurs.

Prior to joining Sticks, he served as Director of Leasing and Development at Charles Company for nine years.  In that capacity, he was responsible for leasing, community outreach, entitlements and full site development through grand opening day. He began his real estate career at May Department Stores and May Centers, which developed the company owned malls.

Mr. Jarmon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Howard University, and has a commercial pilot license with single/multi engine and instrument ratings.
