Owner/Founder

Curtis Fralin is the Owner and Founder of Sticks Holdings, LLC and Fralin Commercial, Inc. His knowledge and experience in commercial real estate spans almost three decades and he has represented over 300 commercial properties in South Los Angeles alone. He helped pioneer the concept and is a noted expert on retail and office development in underserved urban commercial real estate markets. Over the last 16 years, he has successfully rehabbed and developed over 40 projects in California’s underserved markets.

 

Prior to founding Sticks, Mr. Fralin was a Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), where he was a consistent top producer for 18 years.  While at CBRE, he led the effort to develop core urban areas of Los Angeles County and was the first agent at a major brokerage firm to specialize in areas like South Los Angeles, Crenshaw, Watts and Compton. He is credited with being the first agent to bring national credit tenants to underserved areas, including such iconic popular tenant retailers as Comerica Bank, Target, IHOP and Bed Bath & Beyond. He is credited with representing almost all of the market anchored/big box anchored centers in South Los Angeles and surrounding communities including the Compton Renaissance Center, the Ladera Center, Vermont/Adams Ralphs Center, Slauson/Fairfax Home Depot Center and the LaBrea/Rodeo Albertson’s Center, the Inglewood Ralphs Center, The Pasadena Ralphs Center and the Juanita Tate Center at Slauson and Central.

 

He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and member of the (South Los Angeles) Community Action Committee (CAC) and former board member of the Urban League and 100 BlackMen of Los Angeles.

 

He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tulsa and a Master’s degree from the California School of Professional Psychology.
